Centering an Old Mine cut diamond weighing approx. 0.64ct (GH color, SI3 clarity), flanked by two Old Mine cut diamonds weighing approx. 1.20ctw., framed by twenty-six round faceted rubies measuring approx. 2mm., set in 18k yellow gold. Circa 1940. Size 7.
