Snake pendant with locket-back drop measuring app. 1 3/4 x 3/4 inch wide, set with emerald, round and pear cut emeralds measuring app 1.0 - 2.5mm, Rose cut diamonds (1.0 - 1.5mm) and ruby eyes (1.5mm), fashioned in 14k yellow gold. Circa 1870. We feel the plunger clasp and chain are later replacements. Length 15 1/2 inches.
