Antique Ruby & Sapphire Cigar Clip Pendant

Measuring approx. 1 13/16 inches, with a hammered gold finish burnish set with three cabochon rubies measuring approx. 3.2 x 3 mm. and eight Rose cut diamonds measuring approx. 1.5mm, with a thumb piece set with a sapphire cabochon measuring approx. 3mm., suspended from 18 inch chain. Fashioned in 18k yellow gold. Circa 1880.
