Centering an Oval mixed cut natural ruby (no evidence of heat treatment) weighing 2.63ct., framed by a row of Rose cut diamonds measuring approx. 2.0mm, and 24 Old Mine cut diamonds weighing approx. 1.20ctw, fashioned in 22k and 14k yellow gold.
