Centering Round Brilliant cut diamonds weighing app. 0.40ctw., in four petals, blue enamel* flowers, fashioned in 18k yellow gold. Circa 1880, with newer diamonds and replaced ear wires. *Although vitreous enamel forms a hard, durable surface, it is susceptible to chipping and breaking upon impact.
