Measuring app. 2 1/2 inches (including ear wire) x 1/2 inch wide, set with six Old European cut diamonds weighing app. 0.14ctw, two round garnets measuring app. 5mm, two garnet briolettes measuring app. 7 x 5mm and frosted rock crystal hearts measuring app 7/8 x 3/4 inch, embellished with enamel and fashioned in 14k yellow gold.
