Measuring approx. 1 3/4 x 1 1/8 inch, designed as two dolphins, set with a sapphire bead measuring approx. 7.4mm in diameter, bezel set at the center with a Round Brilliant cut diamond weighing approx. 0.01ct., fashioned in 18k yellow gold. Stamped "750".
