Centering an oval faceted amethyst measuring approx. 11.5 x 9mm, additionally set with eight round faceted tsavorite garnets measuring approx. 1.5mm. Also set with sixteen Round Brilliant cut brown diamonds measuring approx. 0.24ctw. and four Round Brilliant cut diamonds weighing approx. 0.02ctw., fashioned in 14k yellow gold. Size 5 3/4.
