Centering an oval cabochon garnet measuring approx. 12.4 x 11.5 mm, framed by twenty-one Old Mine cut diamonds and with a bail set with five diamonds (Single & Swiss cut) weighing approx. 2.53ctw., fashioned in silver-topped 14k yellow gold. Length 14 7/8 inches.
